Texting Terms of Service

Community Medical Centers may send you text messages about your appointments, billing reminders, and your care. Signing up for text messages is optional. You do not have to receive text messages to get care at Community Medical Centers.

If you choose not to receive text messages, we will use other methods to contact you, but you may receive some information less quickly.

If you choose to receive text messages, here are a few things to know:

• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text messages are not a secure way to share health information. To protect your privacy, we only send general notifications by text. If we need to send detailed health information, we will use a secure method instead.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. We will send one final message to confirm. To receive text messages again, reply START.
